Heyyyyy guys, sorry for being gone for a looooooOOOOOOoOOoOoOOoong time and for not posting anything lately. Well, at least I managed to leave a message before saying that I will be on hiatus because of uni and the fact about my tablet not working but then again, the note i left about my tablet is somewhat partially true.
I know, plot twist right?
so here's the thing:
My tablet isn't really broken but the battery is lost. Like no joke, it's gone and it went missing. I don't know how, I thought I locked it to make sure it doesn't open itself (because my current tablet is this
model) but apparently
somehow the small cover or latch to keep the battery kept inside opened itself and the battery just suddenly disappear like
poof .
HOWEVER, after some weeks of moping about my tablet not being able to work and finding out that some stores in Indonesia doesn't sell spare parts for my tablet (since they told me its an old model), it was able to work. How? I connect the cable of the tablet to my laptop and it works and its smooth as usual. I sat there, thinking 'what the hell?' so I looked online and apparently, I DIDN'T KNOW THAT MY TABLET COULD ALSO WORK WITHOUT THE CABLE.
I can feel you guys face palming and slamming your faces against the desk so hard at my stupidity but hear me out. When I first got the tablet, the entire time I used it was connecting the tablet with the cable to my laptop and I swear, I'm not joking about this, but I did not know that you could use the tablet wireless and with bluetooth or something. So yeah, I'm back at it again with my tablet and I have some sketches saved up in my laptop at home (right now, I'm on a vacation and I'm using someone else's laptop to write this down now and upload some stuff up.) and hopefully, I can upload more stuff in the near future since I'm so busy with uni.
Now, about ACIH (A Change in Heart)...
I know I did said somewhere in my previous journals that I mentioned I'll put some projects that I was working on (that includes ACIH) on hold. If you're unsure what I was talking about you can read it
here.
Anyways, the reason for that is because I was trying to do ACIH digitally - and that includes the lineart and some colouring and even if it was the best thing to look at, I was still trying to give it a shot and boy, was it hard. I followed the tutorials thoroughly and I even saved or favourited the pages for this digital comic tutorials and you can look down below that it didn't look so bad - especially for my first try!

BUT you can tell that towards the end I got a bit lazy and later on I got
really lazy that I just stopped the whole digital and lineart thing and by page 17 I just stopped. I stopped because I couldn't handle it and I kept proofreading the other pages before scanning them and I redo the whole thing because I wasn't very happy with the outcome of the chapter and I was struggling on how to continue the series without being lazy and also not stressing myself out by doing things digitally. Initially, the whole series was created by mean and my friend
but we stopped and I told her that I would be the one to continue the rest of the series on my own because we live in separate cities despite being in the same country and we go to different universities with different courses and because she's taking a heavy course, I decided that I shouldn't bother her with the series and continued it my way. However, I'm doing my best to sort out my time and working on the series because I want to finish the ACIH to move on with my next upcoming projects in the near future. Although, Dr Kirk will still be on hold, I'll be honest, I need someone to help me with that story. Anyone up for it, message me right away
